The organizing committee reserves the right to reschedule breeds according to the number of entered dogs, breeds can be moved to another day. The team leader of every country will be informed about rescheduling at the latest 8 days after the closing date. 
 
Veterinary control: The veterinary control will be done at 14.00 – 16.30, only on the days before the start.  Valid vaccination passport, rabies vaccination is mandatory, at least 21 days before entering Estonia. No delay if the post vaccination is done during the period of validity; vaccination passport has to be presented. Identification: The dog must have microchip or readable tattoo. 
 
Control measurement:  Whippet and Italian Greyhound which are not registered in the CdL database will be measured. §1.5.1 and §1.5.3. These measurements will be supervised by the CdL delegate of this event. 
  
CdL Sprinter-Winner: For Italian Greyhound sprinters and Whippet sprinters. See §1.4.2. section 8. and 9. for the height limits, and §4.6 Sprinter events titles. 
 
Coursing distance: For cirneco dell’Etna, italian greyhound and whippet 600 – 800 meters  For all other breeds 800 – 1000 meters.  Small variations of the above distances are tolerated. (§4.12.2) 
 
Terrain and ground: Natural terrain. Number of the fields: 3 
 
Type of lure: Lure pulled over pulleys 
 
Doping tests: Doping tests can be done according to FCI regulations §1.10 
 
Liability: According to FCI regulations §1.11 
 
Admission: Maximum 6 dogs per country, per breed and sex. In addition the European Champions of the previous year can defend their title and be entered in addition to the maximum permissible participants. §4.9 § 4.11: If there are less than 6 dogs of a breed participating, there will not be a title. However, in special circumstances the FCI/CdL delegate can decide, after consulting the judges, to adjudge a title. If there are less than 4 dogs of a breed competing, there will be no title for this breed. The last two coursings of the dog before the date of closure must have been accomplished without disqualification.  A disqualification between the closing date and the European Championship precludes participation.

Entries for the championships can only be done by the national organization of each country. Entries can be send only in the official excel file, which is sent in advance, attached with this invitation.

Qualification for finals: The assessment of the dogs for each run must be made in accordance with § 3.7 Dogs which do not get at least 50% of the maximum possible points in the first round for no good reason cannot participate in the second round. 
 
The price list ranking is calculated as the average, with max 2 decimals, scoring of all five judges. Highest score is the winner. In case of two dogs having the same scoring the separation process described in § 3.7 is applicable. (§4.16.2) 
 
CACIL allocation : CACIL will be awarded according to the FCI regulations §5. When the national organization on the registration form indicates that the dog is entitled to receive CACIL, this is accepted as evidence.

Catalogue:  The catalogue can ONLY be ordered in advance, before 30.05.2019 It will be handed over trough the team leader, price for the catalog is 5 EUR . 
 
Camping:  Area for motor homes, caravans and tents is provided. Without a booking availability is not guaranteed. Sanitation (toilets, water supply) is available. Electricity is not available.

Additional information: Muzzle for all breeds Red or white coursing jacket, without any markings. § 1.2 and §3.5.1 §7.2    Country flags or signal-/ bright colours on the dogs leg-tapes are not allowed. 
 
Dogs have to be kept on leash. Please clean up after your dogs (bags available). 
 
Violation of these rules will result in a penalty of 50 €  First aid resources are available at the premises.  If the Championships have to be cancelled because of force majeure, the organizer is not responsible for refunding the costs this may cause to the competitors or the teams.
